Some diet experts say that fruit is too high in sugar and should be avoided at all cost.
Another popular weight loss program encourages unlimited fruit.
So, how do we know what to believe??

As a fitness and nutrition expert I believe that not ll fruits are equal as far a the bang for our buck we get from eating them.
These are 7 fruits that I am a fan of:
AVOCADOS - many people think avocados are a veggie. But they are not, they are a fruit. Not only are avocados low in sugar, they contain the antioxidant vitamins E & C and are considered a super food.
BLACK GRAPES - strong antioxidant also used in skin care products.
STRAWBERRIES - ounce per ounce strawberries provide even more calcium than oranges.
BLUEBERRIES - antioxidants said to be beneficial to memory.
KIWI - botanically classified as berries (something many people don’t know) loaded with beta carotene & vitamin C. Known to help with constipation.
BANANAS - these fruits are 105 calories but they are rich in potassium, provide energy, and a full feeling.
GRAPEFRUIT - high in vitamins A & C. Low sugar. Low calorie. But beware, grapefruit can conflict with some medications.
With anything balance and moderation are our best bet
